Using Internet Explorer to use Miigen is not recommended. The process to make a voice memo is slightly different for this browser.
1) To add a voice recording to an image in your memory, find the memory you would like to edit and go into edit mode (Find out how to here).
2) Press the orange circle button with the microphone icon next to the voice record label.
3) You will be asked to allow the microphone, as seen in the below screenshot. Click ‘Allow’ within the small popup as shown below and the recording will begin.
4) Once you have finished recording your message, click the orange button again. The icon will change to uploading and, when finished, the Memory Save button will change back to orange and allow you to save your changes to the memory.
