I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password, it is very simple to reset and gain access to your digital time capsule again.

1) Go to the Miigen Homepage or click here to open the Sign In pop-up.

2) Click on the ‘Forgotten password?’ link on the sign in form.

3) When the Forgotten Password window opens, enter your email address for security checks. If the information is correct, we will issue a temporary password via an email.
