My account is saying it is locked, why?

Miigen has a policy of ensuring that all the data held is in a safe and secured manner.

We have therefore employed security measures so, if any attempt is made to access your account where the security information is entered more than three times incorrectly, the account is locked for a period of 15 minutes.

When your account is locked, it will not be unlocked by the correct log in details and will remained locked until the time has elapsed.
