What are the terms of GDPR?
GDPR defines an array of legal terms and below are some of the more important ones:

This data is any information that relates to an individual who can be directly or indirectly identified. Names, emails, location, ethnicity, gender, biometric data, religious beliefs, cookies and political opinions can be used as personal data. Personal data on Miigen is treated securely and is not used by any third-party services unless it is for legitimate purposes.Legitimate purposes include but are not limited to marketing and promotions. - Data processing
This is when an action is performed on data whether automated or manual. This includes collating, recording, storing, using, erasing. Again, under legitimate business purposes. If you choose to delete your account, this information is anonymised, and no identifiable personal information is retained. - Data subject
This is subject whose data is being processed. - Data controller
This is Miigen (UK) Limited and we decide how and why the personal data will be processed in line with our privacy policy and GDPR guidelines. - Data processor
A third-party that processes personal data on behalf of a data controller.
